INTERMEDIATE SERVICES

Filing tax return data online requires an IRS-authorized e-file provider.

The simplest way to explain how online tax return works is by the following model:

Electronic Return Originators (EROs)

Intermediate Service Providers

Transmitters

EROs start the tax returns process to the IRS. They may have prepared returns for certain clients or have collected already prepared returns from taxpayers.

Intermediate Service Providers (this is us!) process the tax return data, in company cases, received from an ERO, and forward it to a certified Transmitter. Additionally, we, as an ISP, will ensure third-party identification if needed to complete the passage of data from an ERO to a Transmitter.

Transmitters operate modems and software connecting them to the IRS platform. They are authorized to transfer tax return data directly to IRS computers.

With us, you get:

  • Concrete Third-Party Identification

  • Issueless Transfer Process

  • Deadline Efficiency

  • Additional Data Coverage

  • Expert Guidance
